Technical Employer services cover the full range of duties which law imposes upon a Client wishing to undertake construction.
RPSi’s experts can take some, or all, of these responsibilities, under the terms of our Licences.
The work of the Technical Employer, the Technical Zakashik is crucial for a successful project. The correct inputs are required from the Project and Cost Management teams, and in turn the project requires the correct outputs. RPSi are particularly skilled in the integrated delivery of Technical Zakashik services as part of an overall Employer’s Representative or Project Management package.
Most often, RPSi’s experts are involved with the complex regulatory stages—arranging the necessary documentation, in the correct format, and in the correct sequence. This is a critical success factor for projects in the Russian Federation, and RPSi have extensive expertise in this.
RPSi’s Technical Employer duties also include Technadzor—Technical Inspection—duties, carried out on behalf of our Clients.
