Due Diligence
RPSi are able to inspect a project and its associated documentation, and provide a thorough and impartial review.
RPSi can take all relevant project details—documentation and where necessary make site and building inspections—and then make a comprehensive Report for the Client on his stated objectives. These objectives may be a combination of technical, financial, and legal requirements.
Typically, this can include a Client wanting to know if a project he is seeking to invest in will be able to proceed smoothly.
Sometimes, a Client is looking to take over a space in a building, and needs technical assistance to help his decision-making. RPSi are always pleased to support and help in this process, which often requires diplomatic yet proactive work with Landlord’s contractors and consultants.
