The total site area is 53.4 hectares; it is located approximately 13 km from Rostov-on-Don city, near the settlement Aksay.

The Retail and Logistics Park will comply with all the world-wide ecological requirements with the total area of 300 000 sqm.  The warehouses will be used for storage of manufacturing and consumer goods. New working places in amount of approximately 2500 for the citizens of the nearby settlements will be created.
