Construction of a logistics development on a 36 Hectare land plot to the North of Moscow that will facilitate approximately 160,000 sqm of class A warehousing. The development will comprise 7 warehousing units, each of which has the capability to be divided into one or more smaller units. Each warehouse will have it’s own integral office space.
