SALT
Studio Associato Legale Tributario (SALT) was established in 2006 as a result of long-lasting relations between Ruperti Project Services International and Italian legal company Studio Legale Tributario under the management of attorney-at-law Sergio Forelli, as part of Studio Fiscale Legale Group, Italy.
The lawyers of SALT have excellent professional expertise in the provision of legal services to Russian and foreign legal entities, as well as to individuals.
In 1999, SALT established an Italian legal department in Ernst & Young, and since 2002 SALT’s employees have constituted a legal department of Ruperti Project Services International.
The priority direction of SALT’s activity is legal support of major projects in a construction and real estate sector.
SALT provide legal support for all stages of the project, beginning from the preparation of investment project, conduction of tenders with contractors, negotiations, draft and conclusions of design and construction contracts on the basis of international FIDIC standards, up to the commissioning of the project.
